Robert Singh, M.D
Vascular Surgeon Robert Singh, M.D., has been appointed the Medical
Staff in the Department of Vascular Surgery at St. Joseph Medical Center.
He has joined the practice of the Berks Vascular Instiute, 222 N. 12th
Street, Reading. Dr. Singh joins St. Joseph from Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Pa.,
where he recently completed a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery.
He completed his general surgical residency at Monmouth Medical Center/Newark
Beth Israel Medical Center, Long Branch, N.J. He earned his medical degree from American
University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Montserrat, West Indies, and his bachelor's
at Rutgers University, College of Pharmacy, New Jersey. He is board certified in
general surgery and he also is a registered pharmacist.
P.V. Pathanjali Sharma, MD, RVT, FACS
Dr. Sharma received his Medical Degree at Karnataka University, India, and
completed his General Surgery training at New York Medical College, where he
also went on to complete a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Sharma
practiced as a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon and taught Vascular Surgery at
New York Medical College for 20 years.
He came to Berks County in 1993, and has been active member of the Berks
County Medical Society, serving most recently as a Treasurer. Dr. Sharma is also the Chief of Surgery and Director of the Vascular Lab at
St. Joseph Medical Center.
Dr. Marat Goldenberg, MD
Vascular Surgeon Dr. Marat Goldenberg completed a vascular surgery fellowship at
Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. He completed his residency in General
Surgery at Cooper Medical Center, Camden, NJ. He earned his bachelor’s at La Salle
University and his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine.
He is board certified in General Surgery and board eligible in Vascular Surgery.
