![]() ![]() Volunteering at St. Joe'sOur Caring Volunteers Light the Way "We cannot hold a torch to light another person's path without brightening our own." - Ben Sweetland Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers at St. Joseph Medical Center are compassionate helpers who donate their time and skills to support the work of hospital staff and physicians and attend to the needs of patients and their families. Volunteers at SJMC are dedicated people who approach their work with the same commitment to excellence as our professional staff. Volunteering at St. Joseph Medical Center is a way to contribute to the community, feel a sense of accomplishment, learn new skills, meet new people and learn more about relevant healthcare issues. We do our best to match the skills and talents of a new volunteer to the needs of the medical center. Volunteers, 14 years of age and older, come to us with a variety of skills and gifts to enhance the ministry of helping and healing that is the heart of SJMC.
