St. Joseph Health Network at Shelbourne handles all outpatient laboratory needs. Our facility offers convenient hours and no appointment is necessary.

As a St. Joseph Medical Center satellite facility, St. Joseph Health Network at Shelbourne is dedicated to providing you and your family with quality radiographic exams in a comfortable outpatient setting. The facility has state-of-the-art equipment and is staffed by certified technologists. In addition, digital mammography services are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and certified by the FDA (Federal Drug Administration).

Physical Therapy

Monday through Friday by appointment.

Outpatient physical therapy services provide evaluations and treatments for a variety of common orthopedic problems. We specialize in joint replacement therapy, post-surgical shoulder and knee rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy and motor vehicle and work-related injuries. Most insurances are accepted and evening hours are available.

Medical Fitness Maintenance Exercise Program

Mon-Wed-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tue-Thurs 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The list of benefits from regular physical activity is getting longer: blood pressure control, weight loss, increased levels of HDL (good cholesterol), protection against diabetes and osteoporosis, enhanced muscle strength and balance, reduced risk of certain cancers, and the ability to ward off anxiety and depression. Our medical fitness maintenance exercise programs are designed to provide education and exercise to anyone in our community. We focus on those at risk for heart disease or with medical conditions. All you need to get started is a prescription from your physician.

We also provide an environment for clients currently active in our cardiac, pulmonary and physical therapy programs to continue their programs.
