This class is designed to help get breastfeeding off to a great start by dispelling myths, teaching evidence-based current information and some practical tips for the family.  A doll would be helpful to bring to class. 

There is a $10 fee, which may be covered by your insurance.

The classes are open to the public.  This series of Monday night classes, taken during the 6th or 7th month, are designed to educate parents about the physical and emotional aspects of the birthing process, including the role of the labor coach.

Kids Konnected, a support group for children with a parent who is being treated for cancer, is held the fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Bern Township facility.
