New Payment Process
On June 3, 2018, Penn State Health installed a new electronic medical record system, which will provide a new design to your patient billing statement.
PLEASE NOTE: If you received services at a Penn State Health facility prior to June 3, 2018, you may receive a separate patient statement with a different layout than what you are used to seeing. These are not duplicate statements. Patients are responsible for the amount due portion of the statement for patient care services rendered.

Payment Methods Accepted
- We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover for payment.
- E-checks are also accepted.
Patient Billing Statement with Statement Number
Patient’s name, date of birth and statement number are required to login and process payments. See the image below to find your statement number on your statement.
